A matrix generalization of a vector maximization problem (Q1080779)

The authors investigate a vector optimization problem with a matrix valued objective function. They extend a known result of Benson-Morin (1977) on the characterization of proper efficiency to this problem. It is shown that an efficient solution is properly efficient if and only if certain types of scalar optimization problems are stable.
