The paper is a sequel to [\textit{M. A. Mestvirishvili} and the authors, Tr. Mat. Inst. Steklova 167, 108-155 (1985; Zbl 0572.53045)]. The post- Newtonian approximation (up to \(O(\epsilon^ 4))\) is considered for the case of two gravitating solid bodies with ratio \(m_ p: m_ i\neq 1\). Thus the centre of this body does not move along a geodesic. Here \(m_ p\) is the passive mass, \(m_ i\) is the inertial mass, but exact definitions are absent. See also \textit{K. P. Singh} and \textit{G. Singh} [Indian J. Pure Appl. Math. 11, 800-804 (1980; Zbl 0448.53025)], the first and the second author [Teor. Mat. Fiz. 51, 163-170 (1982; Zbl 0494.53031)], the first and the second author [Itogi Nauki Tekh., Ser. Sovrem. Probl. Mat. 21, 3-217 (1982; Zbl 0537.53034)], and the second author and \textit{M. A.
