Let \(K\) be a field of characteristic \(\neq 2\) having an anisotropic quadratic space \(q\) of rank \(\geq 3\). The author proves that there exist infinitely many inequivalent indecomposable quadratic spaces over the polynomial ring \(K[X,Y]\) whose reductions modulo \((X,Y)\) are isometric to \(q\).
