In continuation of his previous work [Proc. Am. Math. Soc. 87, 586-590 (1983; Zbl 0511.12014)] the author computes the Poincaré series for a curve given by the equation \(\alpha x^ a=\beta y^ b\), where a,b are positive co-prime integers and a,b,\(\alpha\),\(\beta\) are p-adic units. Making use of this computation he constructs a finite set containing each of the poles of the Poincaré seris for any algebraic curve all of whose singularities have locally the above shape: \(\alpha x^ a=\beta y^ b\). The author points out that his results overlap partly with those of \textit{D. Meuser} [Invent. Math. 73, 445-465 (1983; Zbl 0503.14009)].
