Monoidal closed and biclosed structures on the category of topological spaces are explored using John Isbell's concept of topological topologies on the set of open subsets. Through a study of spaces with topology generated by filters and ultrafilters on infinite cardinals it is proved that there is a unique monoidal biclosed structure on the category of topological spaces. Finally, a topology on the set of open sets proposed by Dana Scott is shown to be fairly different from Isbell's topological topologies.
