On the rate of convergence of Fourier series for functions of HBMV (Q1085359)

Bojanic and Waterman gave the rates of convergence of Fourier series for functions of \(\Lambda\) BV. But their estimates for the rate of convergence are not adequate for HBV. Hence, for the extreme HBV, the question of estimate of the rate of convergence remains open. The author solves the question for the larger class HBMV that was introduced by Shi and establishes two estimates for the rate of convergence for \(\Lambda\) BMV and HBMV.
