In this paper, a series of samples are drawn from exponential populations and inference about parameters is discussed under two situations, such as, when the sample sizes are fixed and when they are variables. For this purpose, two statistics are developed and their distributions are obtained. One is in terms of ratios of ranges and the other one as sum of the ranges. These distributions can be made use of for analyzing the inference on parameters. Two short tables give the tail probabilities of these distributions for a special case. Also, two identities are obtained.
