    The authors study the following two classes of functions holomorphic in the domain \(a<Re z<b\), \(-\infty <a<b\leq +\infty\). 1. The class \(H^ s_ p(a,b)\) consisting of functions subject to the condition \[ \int^{b}_{a}(\int^{+\infty}_{-\infty}| f(x+iy)|^ pdy)^ sdx<\infty,\quad p\geq 1,\quad s>0,\quad b\leq +\infty. \] 2. The class \(H^ s_ p(\rho)\) of functions with \[ \int^{u}_{0}(\int^{+\infty}_{-\infty}| f(x+iy)|^ pdy)^ sdx=0(\rho (u)),\quad as\quad u\to +\infty, \] where \(\rho\) is a given growth function. (Here \(a=0\), \(b=+\infty)\). In both cases interesting integral representations are obtained. For example the authors prove Theorem 1. Every function \(f\in H^ s_ 1(a,b)\) admits the representation \[ (1)\quad f(z)=\int^{\infty}_{-\infty}e^{- tz}\phi (t)dt,\quad a<Re z<b, \] where \(\phi\) is continuous on the real axis and \[ \sup_{-\infty <t<\infty}\{| \phi (t)| (e^{-ast}- e^{-sbt})/st\}<\infty. \] Theorem 2. Every function \(f\in H^ s_ p(a,b)\), \(1<p\leq 2\), has the representation (1), where \(\phi\) is a measurable function satisfying the condition \[ (2)\quad \int^{b}_{a}(\int^{\infty}_{-\infty}e^{-qxt}| \phi (t)|^ qdt)^{s(p-1)}dx<\infty,\quad q=p/(p-1). \] In the case \(p=2\), (1) and (2) imply \(f\in H^ s_ 2(a,b)\). Remarks of the reviewer: 1) Theorem 1 in the case \(s=1\) and theorem 2 in the case \(s=1/(p-1)\) are obtained earlier by the reviewer in C. R. Acad. Bulg. Sci. 37, 717-720 (1984; Zbl 0576.32005)]. (Take \(n=1\), \(G=(a,b)\) in theorems 2 and 4 in the quoted paper). 2). The reviewer could not agree with the assertation of the authors, that their method is essentially different from the reviewer's one: in both cases the main point is a Hausdorff-Young inequality.
