    Let \(P_ n(n\geq 2)\) be the class of trigonometric polynomials \(t(\phi)=a_ 0+a_ 1\cos \phi +...+a_ n\cos n\phi\) for which 1) \(t(\phi)\geq 0\) for all \(\phi\) ; 2) \(a_ k\geq 0\) \((k=0,...,n)\); 3) \(a_ 1>a_ 0\). Let \(P=\cup^{\infty}_{n=2}P_ n\) and denote \(V=\inf \{(t(0)-a_ 0)/(\sqrt{a_ 1}-\sqrt{a_ 0})^ 2| t\in P\}.\) \textit{E. Landau} [Handbuch der Lehre von der Verteilung der Primzahlen. (1909), p. 81] has shown that for obtaining the boundaries of Riemann \(\zeta\) (s)-functions' complex zeroes and also for the estimation of the remainder term R(x) in the formula \(\pi (x)=\int^{x}_{2}(du/\ell nu)+R(x)\) \((\pi(x)\) is the number of prime numbers \({\dot \tau}\) for which \(r\leq x)\) the important role plays the estimation of V. In the present paper the inequality \(V\geq 33,58\) is proved.
