The author deals with the existence of solutions to the Cauchy problem for a differential inclusion x'(t)\(\in F(t,x(t))\) with a multivalued nonconvex right-hand side, where x takes values in a separable Banach space. One uses Caratheodory conditions, Kuratowski measure of noncompactness, Kamke functions, etc. Some previous results in this direction are extended.
