Recall that if P is some topological property and X is a space having P, then X is said to be P-closed if it is a closed subspace of every P-space in which it can be embedded. A space in which every locally finite system of open sets is finite is called feebly compact. The author studies locally semi-metrizable-closed spaces and one-point feeble compactifications of such spaces. In addition, a proof is given that in the category of continuous maps and semi-metrizable-closed spaces, the projective objects are finite spaces.
