Weak asymptotic abelianness with respect to space-like directions for a class of non-trivial weakly local massive Wightman fields (Q1091577)

This paper supplements the work by the authors [Commun. Math. Phys. 94, 331-352 (1984; Zbl 0578.47007)]. As is well known local fields satisfy the cluster property which implies that these fields are weakly asymptotically Abelian with respect to space-like directions (Property C). In their previous work the authors constructed weakly local interpolating fields A(\(\cdot)\) by the ansatz \[ A(0): =\quad V^*A^ 0(0)V \] where \(A^ 0(\cdot)\) is a massive free field and V a certain bounded operator equipped with interpolating properties with respect to a given scattering operator. They prove here that these interpolating fields have the Property C.
