Two domains \(\Omega^{\pm}\) are given in \(E_n\) separated by a Lipschitz boundary surface \(S=\cup^{m}_{i=0}S_i\), \(i=1,2,\ldots,m\), \(S_i\), \(i=1,\ldots,m\) are disjoint and \(S_0\) encloses every \(S_i\), \(i=1,2,\ldots,m\) in its interior. The author investigates solvability of the problem \[ u^+(y)=g_{11}(y)u^-(y)+g_{12}(y)\partial u^- (y)/\partial n^-_y + f_1 \] \[ \partial u^+(y)/\partial n^+_y=g_{21}(y)u^-(y)+g_{22}(y)\partial u^-(y)/\partial n^-_ y + f_2. \] Here a vector \(u(x)\) (of dimension \(N\)) is piecewise harmonic in \(\Omega^+\) and \(\Omega^-\) with a bound at infinity \(O(| x|^m)\) \((m=-1,0,1,\ldots)\). The continuous square matrices of dimension \(N\times N\) and continuous vectors \(f_i\), \(i=1,2\) are given on \(S\). The author proves that the Riemann problem for harmonic vectors is noetherian and if \(u(\infty)=0\) then the problem is fredholmian.
