    We introduce the notions `G-regular element of type \(\vartheta\) for \(\vartheta =0,1,2'\) and `\(\vartheta\)-semi nilpotent element for \(\vartheta =0,1,2'\) in near-rings and obtain that (i) \(P_{\vartheta}(N)\) is the largest G-regular ideal of type \(\vartheta\), for \(\vartheta =0,1,2\); (ii) If N is a semi simple near-ring satisfying d.c.c. on right ideals, then \(P_ 1(N)=J_ 1(N)\); (iii) if N is a PC near-ring satisfying d.c.c. on N-subgroups then \(P_ 0(N)=J_ 0(N)\); and (iv) if N satisfies d.c.c. on N-subgroups of \(N^ +\) and \(J_ 2(N)\) is nilpotent then \(P_ 0(N)=P_ 1(N)=P_ 2(N)=J_ 0(N)=J_ 1(N)=D(N)=J_ 2(N)\), where \(P_{\vartheta}(N)\) is the intersection of all \(\vartheta\)-primitive modular maximal ideals of N and \(J_{\vartheta}(N)\) is the intersection of all \(\vartheta\)-primitive ideals of N for \(\vartheta =0,1,2\), and D(N) is the intersection of all 0-modular left ideals of N.
