Algebras by multidimensional Toeplitz operators (Q1095375)

The paper has three sections. In {\S} 1 the author considers the \(C^*\)- algebras generated by Toeplitz operators in \(D_ 1\times D_ 2\), where \(D_ 1\), \(D_ 2\) are strongly pseudo-convex domains in \({\mathbb{C}}^ n\). The presymbols considered in {\S} 1 are continuous. In {\S} 2 he considers the \(C^*\)-algebras, gegerated by Toeplitz operators in the product unit balls with piecewise continuous presymbols, in {\S} 3 he considers the Toeplitz operators in the Cartan domain \(M_ 2\), the set of all \(2\times 2\) contraction matrices.
