    Let \({\mathcal A}\) be a complex-valued translation-invariant smooth function algebra on \({\mathbb{R}}^ n\). Each possible kernel function \(\pi\) defines a \(\pi\)-multiplication in \({\mathcal A}\) by \[ (\pi AB)(x):=\int \exp [i(k+p)x]\tilde A(k)\tilde B(p)\pi (k,p)dk dp, \] where \(x,k,p\in {\mathbb{R}}^ n\) and \(\tilde A, \tilde B\) are the (generalized) Fourier transforms of \(A,B\in {\mathcal A}\). Some close to Lie agebras identity in \(({\mathcal A},\pi)\) may be expressed by nonlinear functional equations in \(\pi\). For example: \[ \pi \pi ABC\pm \pi \pi ACB+\pi \pi CBA\pm \pi \geq BAC+\pi \pi CBA\pm \pi \pi CAB=0\tag{1} \] iff \[ \begin{multlined} \pi(x,y)\pi(x+y,z)\pm \pi(y,x)\pi(x+y,z)+ \pi(y,z)\pi(y+z,x)\pm \\ \pi(z,y)\pi(y+z,x)+ \pi(z,x)\pi(z+x,y)\pm \pi(x,z)\pi(z+x,y)= 0.\end{multlined} \] \[ \pi \pi ABA=\pi A\pi BA\tag{2} \] iff \[ \pi(x,y)\pi(x+y,z)- \pi(y,x)\pi(z,y+x)+ \pi(z,y)\pi(z+y,x)- \pi(y,z)\pi(x,y+z)= 0. \] Each theorem of this paper (six in number) contains a solution of the above mentioned functional equations under different smoothness conditions. For example: If \(\Omega \subset {\mathbb{R}}^ n\) is a neighborhood of \(0\in {\mathbb{R}}^ n\) then a function \(\pi \in C^{(2)}(\Omega \times \Omega)\) with \(\pi(x,0)=\pi (0,y)=1\) satisfies 2) iff \[ \pi(x,y)= (1+a\mu)U(x)U(y)U^{-1}(x+y), \] with \(0\neq a\in {\mathbb{C}}\) \(U\in C^{(2)}(\Omega)\), \(U(0)=1\) and \(U(x)\neq 0\) where \(\mu =\sum_{1\leq i<j\leq n}a_{ij}(x_ iy_ j-x_ jy_ i)\neq 0\).
