A second order parabolic operator L with nonnegative characteristic form is considered. The authors obtain conditions on the geometry of the lateral surface \(\Sigma\) (G) of the parabolic boundary and the degeneration of the characteristic form under which a Nadirashvili type theorem on the interior derivative is valid (in any neighbourhood of an extremum point \(M_ 0\in \Sigma (G)\) of superparabolic function u(M) there exists a boundary point at which u(M) has positive oblique derivative).
