If X, Y are fuzzy spaces then \(f: X\to Y\) is said to be \(\delta\)- continuous at a fuzzy point p in X, if for each fuzzy open neighbourhood \(\lambda\) of f(p) there exists an open neighbourhood \(\mu\) of p such that \(f(Int Cl \mu) \leq Int Cl \lambda\). An equivalent of \(\delta\)-continuity is given. Fuzzy \(\delta\)-continuity and fuzzy continuity are independent concepts. If X, Y are fuzzy semiregular spaces, then fuzzy \(\delta\)- continuity, fuzzy continuity and fuzzy almost continuity of a function \(f: X\to Y\) are equivalent concepts.
