In Simon Stevin 61, 157-170 (1987; see preceeding review) the author introduced the notion of a plane Klingenberg circle geometry (Benz plane with neighbor relation) as a generalization of ordinary Benz planes; there he examined Klingenberg-Möbius planes (corresponding to Möbius planes) exclusively. In the note under review Klingenberg-Laguerre planes and Klingenberg-Minkowski planes as generalizations of Laguerre planes and Minkowski planes, respectively, are considered and the same pattern as in the former note is pursued. For both types of finite plane Klingenberg circle geometries the number of points, lines \((= generators\) or parallel classes), circles neighbor, incidences and other combinatorial results are listed. Algebraic models are obtained similarly as for ordinary Laguerre and Minkowski planes: models of Klingenberg-Laguerre planes are constructed as projective lines over the ring of dual numbers over a commutative local ring; models of Klingenberg-Minkowski planes are constructed as projective lines over the ring of double number over a commutative local ring. A similar construction has been considered by \textit{W. Seier} [Beitr. geom. Algebra, Proc. Symp. Duisburg 1976, 299-303 (1977; Zbl 0382.51003)].
