The study of strong convergence of trigonometric and Fourier series was recently introduced, N. Tanovic-Miller introduced the set \({\mathcal S}\) of functions \(f\) whose Fourier series converge strongly uniform on [0,2\(\pi\) ]. I. Szalay showed that the set \({\mathcal S}\) is a Banach space. In this paper we give the equivalent simpler norm \[ \| f\| \quad =\sup_{N}\| S_ n(f)\|_{{\mathcal C}}\quad +\sup_{M}1/(M+1)\| \sum^{M}_{n=1}N| S_ N(f)-S_{N-1}(f)| \|_{{\mathcal C}} \] and examine the relations of the norms. \((S_ n(f)\) denotes the N-th partial sum of the Fourier series of \(f\), \(S_ 1(f)=0\), \({\mathcal C}\) denotes the Banach space of continuous functions with the norm \(\| f\|_{{\mathcal C}}=\sup_{0\leq t\leq 2\pi}| f(t)|.)\)
