[For part I see the review above (Zbl 0644.73079).] The author refines the theory of continuous distribution of defects in crystals by means of the geometry of non-Euclidean space by Jondo, Bilby, etc. The teleparallelism and metric tensor have the character of absolute objects in constructing the geometrical skeleton of the theory. The lattice of the crystalline body with a continuous distribution of dislocations can be locally described as an ideal lattice in non- Euclidean space. The dislocations of rotation type are described by the Lie algebra of the Euclidean rotation group, as well as those of shear type by that of the three-dimensional Lorentz group. Through the discussion on the infinitesimal motions, curvature-twist and bending tensors are defined by the Killing vector field, and the dislocation- and disclination-tensors are presented. The point defects are concerned by means of the so-called Schouten Q-tensor. As example, the author deals with the case where the geometry of Weyl-Cartan's semimetric space should be taken into consideration, showing that the influence of point defects on the crystal structure takes the form of the dilatation field.
