    The author investigates spectral properties of the operator \[ H_{\lambda',\mu,\lambda,\alpha}= \lambda'\sum^{N}_{1}A_ j^{*2}A^ 2_ j+\mu \sum^{N}_{1}A^*_ jA_ j+i\lambda \sum^{N}_{1}A^*_ j(A_ j+A^*_ j)A_ j+\alpha \sum^{N-1}_{1}(A^*_{j+1}A_ j+A^*_ jA_{j+1}) \] on the Bargmann (Hilbert) space \(E\) of analytic functions on \(C^ N\), where \([A_ j,A^*_ k]=\delta_{jk}I\), \([A_ j,A_ k]=[A^*_ j,A^*_ k]=0\); this (non-symmetric) operator arises in the Gribov's reggeon field theory. The core of the paper is the case of \(N = 1\) (i.e., the case of null transverse dimension). For \(\lambda'>0\) and \({\lambda'}^ 2 \leq \mu \lambda' + \lambda^ 2\), there is shown that the solutions of \(u'(t) + H_{\lambda',\mu,\lambda}u(t) = 0\), where \(H_{\lambda',\mu,\lambda} = H_{\lambda',\mu,\lambda,0}\), can be expanded in series of eigenvectors of \(H_{\lambda',\mu,\lambda}\) (for \(t > 0\)). There is also shown the analyticity in alpha of the smallest eigenvalue of \(H_{\lambda',\mu,\lambda,\alpha}\).
