Spectral decomposition for combinations of Markov operators (Q1103976)

The authors study convex combinations of Markov operators without assuming commutativity. They present a spectral representation of the convex combination of constrictive Markov operators which is related to the spectral representation of the individual Markov operators. Finally, the authors prove that the ergodic decomposition for a convex combination of Frobenius-Perron operators is related to its spectral decomposition.
