Remarks on the theorem of Kneser (Q1104467)

The Kneser's theorem [(*) \textit{P. Hartman}, Ordinary differential equations (1964; Zbl 0125.321)] has more relations with certain other aspects of the theorem of ODEs than it often is mentioned. In this note, to illustrate this idea, the author offers a more general statement of Hartman's theorem [(*) Ch. 8, theorem 1.2] which covers a more complete information even for an quation with a continuous right-hand side. From this statement (theorem 4 in this paper) the classical Kneser's theorem can be obtained.
