A recurrence formula for the homogeneous propagator \(K_ s\) of the irreducible representation \(D(E_ 0,s)\), \((s=n+)\) of the De Sitter Lie algebra so(3,2) with minimal energy \(E_ 0\) and spin s is established. Therefore \(K_ s\) has the same singularities as the scalar propagator \(K_ 0\). This means that spin s propagation is confined inside the light cone. It is concluded that the causality condition is satisfied for every half integer spin. It is also shown that in the massless case \((E_ 0=s+1)\) the propagator is the reproducing kernel of an indecomposable representation, therefore one gets a gauge theory. This paper generalizes the results for spin integer fields to spin semiinteger ones.
