This paper deals with the construction of fuzzy quotient modules. The fuzzy quotient module of an arbitrary divisible module by a fuzzy prime submodule is first constructed. Then the fuzzy quotient module of a divisible R-module by an arbitrary submodule is developed. Let R be a domain. The author shows that if D is a divisible R-module and N a prime submodule of D, then for an arbitrary fuzzy R-module \(X_ D\), the map \(X:\quad D/N\to [0,1]\) given by \(X(d+N)=1\) if \(d\in N\); \(X(d+N)=\inf \{X(d')| d'\in d+N\}\) if \(d\not\in N\), determines a fuzzy R-module, called the fuzzy quotient module of D by N. It is then shown if M is a divisible R-module, N is a submodule of M, and \(X_ M\) is a fuzzy divisible R-module, then the map \(X:\quad M/N\to [0,1]\) given by \(X(m+N)=X'(1\otimes m+N')\) determines a fuzzy R-module where \(M'=[1\otimes m| \quad m\in M\}\subseteq S^{-1}R\otimes M\) for \(S=R-\{0\}\) and \(X':\quad M'\to [0,1]\) is given by \(X'(1\otimes m)=X(m+tor(M))\).
