The author extends Corner's theorem (realizing countable torsion-free, reduced rings as endomorphism rings of certain countable abelian groups) towards Dedekind domains. Since he uses Corner's methods, there are natral extra conditions on the Dedekind domain to get the proof going. He also adopts Orsatti's local-global argument, which allows restriction to local domains.
