A system of differential equations of dispersion between two populations in habitats separated by a barrier with a predator feeding indiscriminately on these populations is considered. A region in the \(\epsilon_ 1-\epsilon_ 2\) plane where equilibrium points exist, is studied. The stability properties of these equilibrium points are investigated.
