For a tensor product \(A\otimes B\) of two von Neumann algebras and its normal state \(\omega\), the author discusses the Bell's inequality: \[ | \omega (a\otimes (b-b'))| +| \omega (a'\otimes (b+b'))| \leq 2 \] for all a,a'\(\in A\) and b,b'\(\in B\) with norm at most 1. It is shown that the following conditions are mutually equivalent. (1) The above inequality is valid for all normal states \(\omega\). (2) A or B is commutative. (3) Every normal state of \(A\otimes B\) is in the weak closure of the convex hull of product states.
