Homogenization mechanics of a non-dilute suspension of magnetic particles (Q1112656)

Using the technique of homogenization, the behavior of a non-dilute suspension of magnetic particles of arbitrary shape is obtained. It is shown that although the particles are suspended in a Newtonian fluid, its homogenized behavior is non-Newtonian and its viscosity moduli are depending on the discrete structure of the magnetic suspension. The results are given in a computational suitable form.
