A nonlinear integral of Henstock-Kurzweil type is defined as previously by Lee Peng-Yee in the introduction of this paper in terms of a measure- valued function \(\phi =\{\phi (s,I),s\in R,I\subseteq R\}\), satisfying conditions which include (i) \(\phi (0,I)=0\), (ii) \(\phi\) (.,I) is continuous, (iii) \(\phi (s,I_ 1\cup I_ 2)=\phi (s,I_ 1)+\phi (s,I_ 2)\), where \(I_ 1,I_ 2\) are disjoint, and for integrable functions f it is denoted by \(\int^{b}_{a}fd\phi.\) Let D denote the space of Henstock-Kurzweil integrable functions on [a,b]. In the main representation theorem of this paper, the author shows that a (not necessarily linear) functional G on D is `control continuous' and `orthogonally additive' if and only if there is a measure-valued function \(\phi\) satisfying the stated conditions, such that \(G(f)=\int^{b}_{a}fd\phi\).
