It is assumed that during the recombination era the Universe is a fluid consisting of plasma, neutral hydrogen, and radiation interacting via the processes of photo-recombination, photo-ionization, and Thomson scattering. The corresponding mass exchanges between plasma and hydrogen and both the momentum and energy transfer are calculated near the hydrodynamical equilibrium. A perturbation in the hydrodynamical quantities is introduced and the corresponding dynamical equations are obtained as well.
