Asymptotics of the susceptibility for the Ising model on the hierarchical lattices (Q1116210)

The convergence of the susceptibility of the Ising model on the ``diamond'' (rhombic) hierarchical lattices with magnetization h tending to zero is studied. The main term converging to infinity for supercritical temperatures is expressed analytically. The convergence to finite limits for low temperatures is also shown. The distribution of the zeroes of the partition function, which is closely related to the singularity of the susceptibility, is discussed.
