Let K be a cone in \(R^ n\) which cuts out a domain \(\Omega\) on the unit sphere \(s^{n-1}\) with a smooth boundary and the boundary of K be denoted by \(\Gamma\). Consider the Dirichlet problem for the elliptic system \[ (1)\quad A(D)u=\sum_{| \alpha | =| \beta | =m}A_{\alpha \beta}D^{\alpha +\beta}u=0\quad on\quad K;\quad \partial^ ju/\partial \nu^ j=0\quad on\quad \Gamma \setminus \{0\},\quad j=0,1,...,m-1 \] where \(D=i^{-1}\text{grad}\), \(A_{\alpha \beta}\) are \(\ell \times \ell\) constant matrices such that \(A_{\alpha \beta}=A^*_{\beta \alpha}\), \(| \alpha | =| \beta | =m\). The operator A is assumed to be strongly elliptic, that is, for any \(\xi \in R^ n\), \(f\in {\mathbb{C}}^{\ell}\) \[ \sum_{| \alpha | =| \beta | =m}(A_{\alpha \beta}\xi^{\alpha +\beta}f,f)\geq c_ 0| \xi |^{2m} \quad | f|^ 2 \] where (\(\cdot,\cdot)\), \(| \cdot |\) are a scalar product and a norm in \(C^{\ell}\). To problem (1) corresponds the bundle \({\mathcal P}_ D(\lambda)\) of boundary problems in the domain \(\Omega\) which is defined by the equality \[ {\mathcal P}_ D(\lambda)\phi =\{r^{-i\lambda +2m}A(D)r^{i\lambda}\phi (\omega);\phi (\omega)|_{\partial \Omega},.\quad..,\partial^{m-1}/\partial \nu^{m-1}\phi (\omega)|_{\partial \Omega}\}. \] Estimates of eigenvalues of the operator pencils \({\mathcal P}_ D(\lambda)\) are given. Other boundary value problems are considered, too.
