Let \(D=\{^ t(z,u_ 1,...,u_ m)\in {\mathbb{C}}^{m+1}:\) 2Im(z)-\(\sum | u_ j|^ 2>0\}\). The group SU(n,1) gives rise to the group Aut(D) of analytic automorphisms of the domain D (which is projectively equivalent to the complex n-ball \(B^ n=\{(z_ 1,...,z_ n)\in {\mathbb{C}}^ n:\) \(\sum | z_ j|^ 2<1\}\). The parabolic subgroup G of SU(n,1) is identified with the subgroup of Aut(D) which leaves the point P at infinity fixed. The paper is devoted to the complete classification of the parabolic reflection groups in SU(n,1) (i.e. discrete subgroups of G of locally finite covolume at P which are generated be elements of finite order which leave a hyperplane in D pointwise fixed). These groups were earlier partially classified by \textit{M. Yoshida} and \textit{S. Hattori} [Funkc. Ekvacioj., Ser. Int. 22, 1-49 (1979; Zbl 0451.34007)] and \textit{M. Yoshida} [J. Fac. Sci., Univ. Tokyo, Sect. I A 30, 25-52 (1983; Zbl 0515.32013)].
