Let M be an n-dimensional complex manifold, \(n\geq 3\), \(D\subset \subset M\) an open set with \({\mathcal C}^ 3\) boundary and \(V\subseteq \partial D\) a relatively open subset of \(\partial D\). A q-convex function \(\rho\) on a subset S of M is a real valued \({\mathcal C}^ 2\) function whose complex Hessian has at least q positive eigenvalues at each point of S. The authors prove the following result on extending Cauchy-Riemann forms: Suppose that for \(1\leq q\leq n-2\) one has i) a \((q+1)\)-convex function \(\rho\) in a neighborhood U of M-D such that \(D\cap U=\{\rho <0\}\) and \(\{\rho <t\}\subset \subset M\) for all \(t\in {\mathbb{R}};\) ii) a closed set \(K\subseteq \bar D\) such that \(V=D-K\) and a continuous function \(\gamma\) on M which is \((q+2)\)-convex on M-K with \(K=\{\gamma <0\}\), and \(\{\gamma <t\}\subset \subset M\) for all \(t\in {\mathbb{R}}.\) Then for every locally Hölder continuous CR form f on V of bidegree \((p,r),\) \(1\leq r\leq q\), there exists a \({\bar \partial}\)-closed Hölder continuous form \(f_+\) on \(\bar D-\)K and a 1/2-Hölder continuous \((p,r-1)\) form \(u_-\) on \((M-\bar D)\cup V\) such that \({\bar \partial}u_-\) is locally Hölder continuous on \((M-\bar D)\cup V\) and \(\int_{V}(f-f_++{\bar \partial}u_-)\wedge \phi =0\) for all \({\mathcal C}^{\infty}\) forms \(\phi\) of degree \((n-p,n-r-1)\) on M with \(V\cap \sup p \phi\) compact.
