Foliated control theory. II (Q1122190)

[This article is reviewed together with the preceding one (see Zbl 0675.57013).] Let \(\rho\) : \(E\to M\) be a fiber bundle over a Riemannian manifold M having a compact manifold for fiber. Let F be a smooth foliation of M. The main results of these papers are control theorems for the space of stable pseudo-isotopies on E (Part I) and the structure space of E (Part II) with control near the leaves of F in M. It is assumed that each leaf of F inherits a flat Riemannian geometry from M. Alternative hypotheses will be considered in later papers.
