The homogeneous structures on Riemannian manifolds have been classified and studied in the booklet by \textit{F. Tricerri} and \textit{L. Vanhecke} [Homogeneous structures on Riemannian manifolds (Cambridge Univ. Press 1983; Zbl 0509.53043)]. The basic classes of homogeneous structures are denoted as \(T_ 1\), \(T_ 2\) and \(T_ 3\). It is known that any Riemannian manifold admitting a homogeneous structure of class \(T_ 1\) (or \(T_ 3\), respectively) is locally a hyperbolic space \(H^ n\) (or a naturally reductive space, respectively). The present author shows that a Riemannian manifold admitting a proper homogeneous structure of type \(T_ 1\oplus T_ 3\) must be locally isometric to the hyperbolic space \(H^ n\).
