The author investigates the local structure of so-called sliding vector field near its codimension two singularity, more precisely, of 12 types possible 4 are under study. A sliding vector field arises when studying discontinuous vector field, it is a field on the surface of discontinuity which is constructed via the Filippov's condition on those parts where limits of bordering vector fields from both sides of the surface are directed to the surface. When both bordering vector fields have their limits as collinear vectors, the related point is a singularity of the sliding vector field. The author studies such codimension two singularities, derives their normal forms.
