Measures in bitopological spaces (Q1126340)

The authors outline a method of constructing an outer measure applicable to a general bitopological space and give examples of outer measures in a bitopological space obtained by the general procedure. The ideas of the classes of pairwise Borel sets, classes of pairwise weakly Borel sets, a bounded set, a \(\sigma\)-bounded set in a bitopological space are introduced and investigated. Finally, a pairwise Borel measure and a pairwise regular Borel measure on the class of all pairwise Borel sets is introduced and the basic properties of a pairwise Borel measure in respect of pairwise regularity are obtained.
