      Let \(\{X_0,X_1\}\) be an interpolation pair of complex Banach spaces in the sense of Calderon and \(X_t\), \(t\in(0,1)\), be the intermediate spaces. Let \(B(X_0,X_1)\) denote the Banach algebra of all linear operators \(T:X_0\cap X_1\to X_0\cap X_1\) such that both extensions \(T_i: X_i\to X_i\), \(i= 0,1\) of operator \(T\) are continuous. Then \(T\in B(X_0,X_1)\) induces bounded operators \(T_t: X_t\to X_t\), \(t\in (0,1)\). The main result is the following. Theorem: For \(T\in B(X_0, X_1)\) \[ \bigcup_{t\in [0,1]} \sigma(T_t)\subseteq \sigma(T)= \sigma(T_0)\cup \sigma(T_1)\cup \sigma(T_{0,1}), \] \[ \partial(\sigma(T_{0,1}))\subset \sigma(T_0)\cup \sigma(T_1), \] where \(T_{0,1}\) denotes the operator \(T\) considered as bounded operator from \(X_0\cap X_1\) to \(X_0\cap X_1\).
