The article is a continuation of work of the author [Indag. Math., New Ser. 8, 493--528 (1997; Zbl 0895.22007)] and is connected to joint work of the author and \textit{T. Oda} [J. Math. Kyoto Univ. 37, 519--530 (1997; Zbl 0910.22012)]. It is concerned with the study of Whittaker vectors of generalized principal series representations of the group \(\mathrm{SU}(2,2)\). The author obtains a system of differential equations characterizing the Whittaker vectors and derives an integral representation.
