The sums of several interesting families of infinite series were recently expressed in terms of the Psi (or Digamma) functions. The main object of this paper is to present a further generalization of two such classes of infinite sums which were considered earlier by \textit{B. N. Al-Saqabi, S. L. Kalla} and \textit{H. M. Srivastava} [J. Math. Anal. Appl. 159, No. 2, 361-372 (1991; Zbl 0726.33002); \textit{J. Aular de Durán}, \textit{S. L. Kalla}, and \textit{H. M. Srivastava}, ibid. 190, No. 3, 738-754 (1995; Zbl 0827.26006)]. Some other results, relevant to the present investigation, are also indicated.
