      Let \(X\) be a Hausdorff topological vector space and let \({\mathcal B}(X)\) \(({\mathcal K}(X))\) be the family of closed convex non-empty (respectively, compact convex) subsets of \(X\). The paper concerns the spaces of pairs: \({\mathcal B}^2(X):= {\mathcal B}(X)\times {\mathcal B}(X)\) and \({\mathcal K}^2(X):= {\mathcal K}(X)\times {\mathcal K}(X)\), with equivalence relation defined in terms of closure and Minkowski addition. A pair \((A,B)\) is said to be convex if \(A\cup B\) is convex. One of the results is the following Proposition 2. For every pair \((A,B)\in {\mathcal B}^2(X)\) there exists an equivalent convex pair. The space \({\mathcal K}^2(X)\) has an application in the quasidifferential calculus.
