A projective space of second order is defined as a space of orbits of second order velocities on which a second order linear group \(L^n_2\) acts. Then an \(L^n_2\) action is expressed in local inhomogeneous coordinates and a projective group of second order is defined. The Maurer-Cartan equations of this group are derived.
