On construction of entire and quasi-entire functions of finite order uniformly decreasing in the angular domain. II (Q1129736)

[For part I see the author in ibid. 31, No. 6, 11-25 (1996; Zbl 0890.30018).] The author constructs an entire function of order \(\rho\) and of normal type having an estimate \[ \bigl| f(re^{i\theta}) \bigr|\leq C{r^{\ell_0} \over\bigl( T_*(r)\bigr)^\rho}, \;|\theta |\leq {\pi\over 2\gamma},\;{1\over 2} <\gamma\leq 1 \] under some assumptions for \(T_*\) where \(C,\ell_0\) are some fixed numbers. The text of the main theorem 3 of the paper needs to be corrected.
