The paper describes an estimate of the constant \(\alpha\) which occurs in an equality discovered by Schwartz and its \(p\)-adic analogue discovered by Greenberg. Let \(x=(x_ 1,...,x_ m)\) be variables and let \(f(x)=(f_ 1(x),...,f_ n(x))=0\) define a real variety \(V\). Suppose that \((0,...,0)\) is a singularity of \(V\). Then there exist constants \(\alpha\) and \(\epsilon\) such that for every small enough neighbourhood \(U\) around \((0,...,0)\) the following holds for every \(x\) in \(U\): \(\mid f(x)\mid \geq \epsilon d(x,V\cap U)^ \alpha\). The estimate is given for every variety which is not degenerated with respect to its Newton polyhedron. The estimate is given in function of the coefficients of equations of hyperplanes in the Newton polyhedron.
