A simple hierarchical fermion model which is an analogue of Baker's model is constructed by replacing the spins with elements of a Grassmann algebra. The renormalization transformation involves only two coupling parameters. It is shown that this transformation has two hyperbolic fixed points for which there is a global critical line. The model given by the author serves as an example of the application of the renormalization group to proving the existence of the thermodynamic limit and the continuum limit of lattice models. Although the model is not very realistic it has the advantage that it can be renormalized easily.
