A deterministic area-filling distributive network model is introduced. It involves a certain recurrent fractal curve, which covers any given two- dimensional convex area without voids and overlaps. As a particular case the rectangular lung model of Mandelbrot is obtained. The results may be applied to biological or artificial distributive networks (two- dimensional vascular beds, branching of trees, lung airways, irrigation and drainage systems, fuel injection systems etc.).
