The authors continue the study of association schemes related to the classical groups of matrices [\textit{E. Bannai}, Finite geometries, buildings, and related topics, Pap. Conf., Pingree Park/CO(USA) 1988, 105-128 (1990; Zbl 0757.05100); \textit{E. Bannai}, \textit{S. Hao} and \textit{S.-Y. Song}, J. Comb. Theory, Ser. A 54, No. 2, 164-200 (1990; Zbl 0762.20005); \textit{E. Bannai} and \textit{S.-Y. Song}, Proc. Lond. Math. Soc., III. Ser. 58, No. 2, 209-236 (1989; Zbl 0682.20050)]. This is a very detailed analysis of the association schemes related to the geometries related to the groups in the title. The parameters are calculated and it is shown that the character tables are connected to those of smaller groups. For a general discussion of association schemes the reader should consult [\textit{E. Bannai} and \textit{T. Ito}, Algebraic combinatorics. I: Association schemes (1984; Zbl 0555.05019)].
